Refund and Returns Policy

Dear valued customer,

Before making a purchase, please carefully consider whether the product is necessary. If you are a minor, please make sure to obtain consent from your parent or guardian before proceeding with the purchase.

You have the option to cancel your order before it has been shipped. We can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the shipment has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Upon receiving your order, it will take us 15-20 working days to inspect and carefully package the handmade items before shipping them out personally. You can track the delivery status on your order page once it has been shipped.

Please note that handmade items may not be perfectly symmetrical and may have minor imperfections such as asymmetry, loose threads, or shedding, which are considered normal. We advise perfectionists to make their purchases with caution.

After the product has been shipped, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If you encounter any issues upon receiving the product, please contact us promptly with a complete unboxing video. We will only replace defective products. The deadline for returning defective products is within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
